1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 789bing ("789bing", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 789bing website located at https://789bing.net and all related services, games, features, promotions, and mobile-optimised interfaces offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 789bing platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits into your 789bing account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 789bing does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your 789bing wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions; bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day depending on the sending bank.

789bing reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to originate from an account not belonging to the registered player, if it is associated with fraudulent activity, or if it would violate our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Verified 789bing accounts may withdraw winnings to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or a verified bank account registered in their name. Withdrawal requests to GCash for verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same banking business day.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

789bing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be closed.
• Regulatory instruction or court order from a competent Philippine authority.
• Our reasonable belief that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks. 789bing will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a legitimate account suspension.
